Emergencies and during our standard hours is free (excluding your call cost). Non emergency support outside those hours OR during Australian national holidays is $25 plus $25/hour.

Free if the problem is not your fault and has been unavailable for over half an hour.

Note: Things like letting domains expire, changing where your domain points, removing your hosting files, etc. can all cause unavailability, but we do not have control (therefore responsibility) over them. Generally if you do not know what caused the unavailability it is probably not your fault.
